On a lonely night With the moon up high And snowflakes Falling silently I watch As the world transforms. Grey and black Disappear under a layer Of fresh dreams Drifting from the sky Until the glare Of new hope Reflects brightly Into my eyes And the coming dawn Can be faced With courage.
